🎨 Welcome to my studio 🎨 What does body liberation mean to you? I'm Yola, an artist exploring the experience of being AFAB in a patriarchal, capitalist, heteronormative society, and I love to bring a little bit of joy and humor into everything I do.My current work focuses on female nipple censorship and the ongoing fight for body automomy and visibility. Through my art, I question why some bodies are policed and challenge the systems that silence them. In the next few weeks, I'll be sharing some of my practice and reflecting on exhibitions, collaborations, and my creative process. I want this to be an open space for conversation and community, so please share your thoughts, experiences, and questions along the way. My work is deeply personal, but this is a collective fight.
